टैली प्राइम मे नया ग्रुप बनाना || Creating New Group in Tally Prime

टैली मे पहले से उपलब्ध ग्रुप के अलावा उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं का ग्रुप भी क्रीऐट कर सकता है। यहाँ हम Office Expenses नाम से नया ग्रुप बनाएंगे तथा ऑफिस मे होने वाले खर्चों से संबंधित जितनी भी लेजर बनाएंगे उन्हे इसी Group में रखेंगे। जैसे- Tea Expenses, News Paper, Computer Repair, Printer Repair etc.

In Tally, in addition to the pre-existing groups, users can also create their own groups. Here, we will create a new group named “Office Expenses” and place all the ledgers related to office expenses within this group. For example, Tea Expenses, Newspaper, Computer Repair, Printer Repair, etc.

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Group

Name : Office Expenses

Under : Indirect Expenses

बाकी सभी ऑप्शन को डिफ़ॉल्ट रहने देंगे तथा Group Creation स्क्रीन Accept कर लेंगे। इस प्रकार हम नया ग्रुप बना सकते हैं।       

We will leave all other options as default and accept the Group Creation screen. This is how we can create a new group.

ग्रुप को अपडेट या डिलीट करना | Group Update/Delete

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alter>Group

टैली प्राइम मे ग्रुप को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए ऊपर दिए गए पाथ के अनुसार ग्रुप ओपन करें, अब अगर ग्रुप को अपडेट करना है तो ग्रुप डिटेल्स को चेंज करके Accept कर लें। इस तरह ग्रुप अपडेट हो जाएगा। अगर ग्रुप को डिलीट करना है तो ग्रुप को ओपन करे, फिर Alt + D प्रेस करे तथा कान्फर्मैशन के लिए Yes करें, इस तरह ग्रुप डिलीट हो जाएगा।

To update or delete a group in Tally Prime, open the group using the path mentioned above. To update the group, change the group details and then accept the changes. The group will then be updated. To delete the group, open the group, press Alt + D, and then confirm by selecting Yes. The group will then be deleted.

नोट – ध्यान रहे जिस ग्रुप को डिलीट कर रहे है वह उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा बनाया हुआ होना चाहिए, तथा उसका उपयोग वाउचर एंट्री मे नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो ग्रुप डिलीट नहीं होगा। इसके लिए पहले एंट्री डिलीट करनी होगी।

Please note that the group you are trying to delete must have been created by the user and should not be used in any voucher entries; otherwise, the group will not be deleted. You will need to delete the relevant entries first.

Note : Tally Prime मे स्वयं से बनाए गए ग्रुप को ही डिलीट या अपडेट कर सकते हैं।

In Tally Prime, you can only delete or update groups that you have created yourself.
