लेजर क्या होती है || What is Ledger?

लेजर एक खताबही होती है, इसमे सभी प्रकार के व्यापारिक खाते (Account) ओपन किए जाते हैं। व्यापार मे जो भी लेन-देन किए जाते है, उन सभी लेन-देन की धनराशि को वाउचर्स मे रिकार्ड करने के लिए खाते (Account) बनाए जाते हैं। ये सभी खाते लेजर (Ledger) मे ओपन किए जाते है, इसीलिए इन खातों को लेजर भी कहते हैं। ये लेजर किसी व्यक्ति, पार्टी, कंपनी, संस्था, संपत्ति, खर्चे, आय, व्यय आदि के नाम पर बनाए जाते हैं।

A ledger is a book of accounts in which all types of business accounts are opened. Accounts are created to record the monetary value of all transactions made in a business. These accounts are all opened in the ledger, which is why these accounts are also called ledger accounts. These ledgers are created in the name of individuals, parties, companies, organizations, assets, expenses, income, etc.
