लेजर और उनके ग्रुप क्या हैं || What is Ledger and their Group

जैसा की हम जानते हैं, टैली सभी रिपोर्ट्स जैसे – Balance sheet, Profit & Loss, Trail Balance आदि को आटोमेटिक तरीके जनरेट करता है। टैली मे सभी रिपोर्ट्स स्वयं से रेडी इसलिए हो पाती हैं, क्योंकि किसी भी लेजर (खाता) को टैली द्वारा निर्मित किसी न किसी ग्रुप (Group) के अन्डर रखा जाता है। जब हम लेजर को टैली द्वारा निर्मित ग्रुप के नीचे रखते हैं, तो इसका मतलब यह हुआ, हम टैली को उस लेजर का नेचर बता देते हैं, की वह किस प्रकार का लेजर है। ताकि टैली आसानी से सभी रिपोर्ट्स आटोमेटिक तरीके से रेडी कर पाए।

उदाहरण के लिए जैसे – विज्ञापन खर्च (Advertisement A/c) नाम का लेजर अप्रत्यक्ष खर्च (Indirect Expenses) ग्रुप के अन्डर रखा जाता है, इससे टैली को पता चलता है, कि रिपोर्ट तैयार करने मे विज्ञापन खर्च को किस तरह से जोड़ा या घटाया जाएगा।

As we know, Tally automatically generates all reports such as the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Trial Balance, etc. All reports are automatically prepared in Tally because every ledger account is placed under a specific group created by Tally. When we place a ledger under a Tally-defined group, it means we are telling Tally the nature of that ledger, i.e., what type of account it is. This allows Tally to easily prepare all reports automatically.

For example, the ledger account named Advertisement Expenses is placed under the Indirect Expenses group. This tells Tally how to include or deduct advertisement expenses when preparing the reports.
