2. नॉन-अकाउंटिंग वाउचर्स || Non-Accounting Voucher

Tally Prime Vouchers के अंतर्गत कई प्रकार के नॉन-अकाउंटिंग वाउचर्स भी होते हैं, इन वाउचर्स मे दर्ज की गई एंट्रीयों का बलेन्स शीट पर प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। ये सभी निम्न प्रकार हैं-

Tally Prime includes several types of non-accounting vouchers. The entries recorded in these vouchers do not affect the balance sheet. These are of the following types:

• Reversing Journal – रिवर्सिंग जर्नल विशेष जर्नल होते हैं जो निर्दिष्ट तिथि के बाद स्वचालित रूप से रिवर्स हो जाते हैं। वे केवल उस तिथि तक ही मौजूद रहते हैं और केवल तभी प्रभावी होते हैं जब बैलेंस शीट जैसी रिपोर्ट में इसकी आवश्यकता होती है।

Reversing journals are special journals that automatically reverse themselves after a specified date. They exist only until that date and are only effective when needed for reports such as balance sheets.

• Memo Voucher – इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल किसी एंट्री को याद रखने के लिए किया जाता है। इसका उपयोग अधिकतर नहीं होता है।

This voucher is used to record an entry for future reference. It is not used very often.

• Optional Voucher (Ctrl+L) – इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल भविष्य के लेन-देन की योजना बनाने और उनके प्रभाव का आकलन करने के किया जा सकता है। इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल इन-कम्प्लीट सौदों को रिकार्ड करके पहले से पूर्वानुमान लगा सकते हैं, क्योंकि इस वाउचर मे की गई एंट्री का रियल बैलेंसशीट पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता। टैली मे इस्तेमाल होने वाले अकाउंटिंग वाउचर को वैकल्पिक वाउचर (Optional Voucher) मे मार्क कर एंट्री कर सकते है, तथा पुनः रेगुलर वाउचर मे बदल सकते हैं।

This voucher can be used to plan future transactions and assess their impact. It allows you to record incomplete transactions and make predictions, as the entries made in this voucher do not affect the real balance sheet. Accounting vouchers used in Tally can be marked as optional vouchers, and then later converted back to regular vouchers.

• Post Dated Voucher (Ctrl+T) – इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल पोस्ट-डेटेड एंट्रीस करने के लिए करते है। वाउचर मे एंट्री दर्ज करते समय इन्हे पोस्ट डेटेड के रूप में चिह्नित कर सकते हैं, परिणामस्वरूप इस वाउचर में जारी की गई तारीख तक लेजर में अपडेट नहीं होते हैं। यह नियमित तौर पर होने वाले लेनदेन के लिए उपयोगी है। उदाहरण के लिए, यदि किश्तों के भुगतान के लिए पोस्ट डेटेड चेक जारी करते हैं, तो अग्रिम भुगतान सेट कर सकते हैं, और Tally Prime केवल उन्हें देय तिथि पर लेजर में अपडेट करेगा।

This voucher is used for making post-dated entries. When entering transactions in the voucher, you can mark them as post-dated. As a result, the entries in this voucher will not be updated in the ledger until the specified date. This is useful for recurring transactions. For example, if you issue post-dated checks for installment payments, you can set up the advance payments, and Tally Prime will only update them in the ledger on their respective due dates.
