टैली में वाउचर क्लास एक ऐसा फीचर है जिसका उपयोग लेन-देन को बेहतर ढंग से वर्गीकृत करने और प्रबंधित करने के लिए किया जाता हैं। वाउचर क्लास (Voucher Class) का इस्तेमाल करके एक ही प्रकार के लेन-देन के लिए बार-बार एक ही जानकारी दर्ज करने से बचा जा सकता है।
In Tally, Voucher Class is a feature used to better categorize and manage transactions. Using Voucher Classes, you can avoid repeatedly entering the same information for similar types of transactions.
वाउचर क्लास का उपयोग करने के कुछ उदाहरण:
Some examples of using the voucher class:
- बिक्री (Sales) : अलग-अलग उत्पादों या ग्राहक समूहों के लिए अलग-अलग बिक्री वाउचर क्लास बना सकते हैं। You can create different sales voucher classes for different products or customer groups.
- खरीद (Purchase) : अलग-अलग आपूर्तिकर्ताओं या उत्पाद श्रेणियों के लिए अलग-अलग खरीद वाउचर क्लास बना सकते हैं। You can create different purchase voucher classes for different suppliers or product categories.
- भुगतान (Payment) : अलग-अलग भुगतान विधियों या भुगतान प्राप्तकर्ताओं के लिए अलग-अलग भुगतान वाउचर क्लास बना सकते हैं। You can create different payment voucher classes for different payment methods or payment recipients.
वाउचर क्लास कैसे बनाएं: How to create a voucher class:
- Gateway of Tallyमें जाएं। Go to Gateway of Tally.
- Alterपर क्लिक करें, फिर Voucher Class चुनें।
Click on Alter, then select Voucher Class. - जिस वाउचर की क्लास बनानी है वह वाउचर सिलेक्ट करें।
Select the voucher for which you want to create a class.
- अब वाउचर ओपन होगा तथा अंत मेVoucher Class का विकल्प मिलेगा यहाँ वाउचर क्लास नाम दर्ज करें और इंटर करें।
Now the voucher will open, and at the end you will find the Voucher Class option. Enter the voucher class name here and press Enter.
- अब वाउचर क्लास के लिए आवश्यक सेटिंग्स कॉन्फ़िगर करें।
Now configure the necessary settings for the voucher class.
- सेव करें।
इस तरह से किसी भी वाउचर के लिए Voucher Classes क्रीऐट कर सकते हैं।
In this way, you can create Voucher Classes for any type of voucher.
