. Receipt Voucher (F6)

रिसीप्ट वाउचर एक Accounting Voucher है, इस वाउचर का उपयोग कैश व बैंक मे नगद मे की गई प्राप्तियों की एंट्री रिकार्ड करने के लिए करते हैं। जैसे – पार्टी से बकाया पेमेंट रिसीव करना, इनकम प्राप्त करना, कर्ज लेना आदि।

A receipt voucher is an accounting voucher used to record cash receipts in cash or bank accounts. Examples include receiving outstanding payments from a party, receiving income, taking out a loan etc.

नोट – Receipt Voucher डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से Single Entry Mode मे सेट रहता है, जरूरत के अनुसार इसे Double Entry Mode मे सेट करने के लिए Ctrl + H प्रेस करे तथा Double Entry ऑप्शन चुनें। Double Entry Mode मे पेमेंट प्राप्त करने के लिए एक से अधिक खाते डेबिट किए जा सकते हैं।

The Receipt Voucher is set to Single Entry Mode by default. To change it to Double Entry Mode, press Ctrl + H and select the Double Entry option. In Double Entry Mode, more than one account can be debited when receiving a payment.

Ex.1 – 1900 रु कमीशन प्राप्त किया।     
I received a commission of 1900 rupees.

Required Ledger – Commission Received > Indirect Income

एंट्री बनाने के लिए पहले ऊपर बताए जरूरी लेजर बनाएं और फिर गेटवे ऑफ टैली (Gateway of Tally) से Vouchers मे जाएं और कीबोर्ड से F6 बटन प्रेस करें। इससे Receipt Voucher खुलेगा, जिसमे निम्न प्रकार से एंट्री करें।

To create the entry, first create the necessary ledgers as described above, then go to Vouchers from the Gateway of Tally and press the F6 key on your keyboard. This will open the Receipt Voucher, where you can enter the details as follows.

Narration: Being commission received by cash

Ex.2 – वरुण से 2100 रु नगद तथा 5000 SBI खाते मे प्राप्त हुए।
2100 in cash and Rs.5000 in SBI account from Varun.

Required Ledger – Varun > Sundry Creditor, SBI A/c > Bank Account

Narration: Being payment received

Ex.3 – Axis Bank से 75000 रु लोन लिया।
I took a loan of ₹75,000 from Axis Bank.

Required Ledgers – Axis Bank Loan A/c > Loans (Liability)

Narration: Being taken loan
