Activate Interest Calculation in Tally (टैली मे ब्याज गणना को सक्रिय करना)

Tally Prime मे Interest Calculation Feature को निम्न पाथ के अनुसार सक्रिय करेंगे –

In Tally Prime, you can activate the Interest Calculation feature as described in the following text:

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alt+K (Company)>Features (F11)>Activate Interest Calculation>Yes>Accept

इन्टरेस्ट कैलकुलेशन फीचर ऑन कर लेने के बाद इसे पार्टी के लेजर मे Activate करेंगे। यहाँ पार्टी कस्टमर भी हो सकती है और सप्लायर भी, क्योंकि ब्याज की गणना उधार बिक्री और उधार खरीद दोनों पर की जा सकती है। इसको समझने के लिए निम्न प्रश्न के अनुसार एक कस्टमर का उदाहरण लेकर समझते हैं।

After enabling the interest calculation feature, you will activate it in the party’s ledger. Here, the party can be either a customer or a supplier, as interest can be calculated on both credit sales and credit purchases. To understand this, let’s consider an example of a customer as per the following question.

प्रश्न – शर्मा इन्टरप्राइसेस को 2 पीस पैकिंग मशीन रुपए 78000 के भाव से 30 दिन का भुगतान समय देकर उधार बेची, तथा शर्त रखी निर्धारित तारीख 1-5-2024 से अधिक लेट पेमेंट होने पर 12% के हिसाब से ब्याज चार्ज किया जाएगा।

Question – Sharma Enterprises sold 2 packing machines on credit to a customer for ₹78,000 each, with a payment term of 30 days.  The condition was that if the payment was delayed beyond the stipulated date of May 1, 2024, interest would be charged at 12%.
