इन्वेन्ट्री मास्टर्स क्या हैं? || What are Inventory Masters?

इनवेंटरी मैनेजमेंट के लिए टैली मे Inventory Masters का उपयोग किया जाता है। माल की खरीद बिक्री के लिए Stock Group and Stock Item, Stock Category, Stock Unit, Location आदि सभी इनवेंटरी मास्टर्स कहलाते हैं। Tally मे उपयोग होने वाले सभी Inventory Masters के बारे मे नीचे बताया गया है।

In Tally, Inventory Masters are used for inventory management. All elements related to the purchase and sale of goods, such as Stock Groups, Stock Items, Stock Categories, Stock Units, and Locations, are considered Inventory Masters. The following sections describe all the Inventory Masters used in Tally.

स्टॉक ग्रुप || Stock Group

Stock Group एक Inventory Master है, यह Stock Items के समूह (Group) का एक नाम होता है, इसके अंतर्गत विभिन्न Stock Items को लिस्ट किया जाता है। Stock Group मटीरीअल के अनुसार अलग-अलग बनाए जा सकते है। जैसे – अगर टेलिविज़न (Television) का कारोबार है तो उसके लिए Samsung, LG, Sony आदि ब्रांड से संबंधित Stock Groups बनाए जा सकते हैं। किसी ग्रुप के विभिन्न Sub-Groups भी बनाए जा सकते है, जैसे Samsung ग्रुप के अंडर Television, Accessories आदि।

A Stock Group is an Inventory Master; it is a name given to a group of Stock Items, under which various Stock Items are listed. Stock Groups can be created based on the type of material. For example, if you are in the television business, you can create Stock Groups related to brands such as Samsung, LG, and Sony. Different sub-groups can also be created within a group, such as Television and Accessories under the Samsung group.
