स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाना || Stock Group Creation

Tally Prime मे नया Stock Group बनाने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करें।

To create a new Stock Group in Tally Prime, follow the path given below.

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Stock Group>Enter

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने पर स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाने के लिए एक विंडो ओपन होगी जिसमे निम्न प्रकार से जानकारी दर्ज करें-

Following the path mentioned above will open a window for creating a stock group, where you should enter the information as follows:

• Name : Samsung
• Under : Primary
• Should quantities of Items be added : Yes
• Accept Screen

इस तरह से Samsung नाम से स्टॉक ग्रुप क्रीऐट हो जाएगा। यदि अलग-अलग स्टॉक के लिए कई ग्रुप बनाने है, तो इसी प्रकार अलग-अलग नाम से एक से अधिक स्टॉक ग्रुप बना सकते हैं।

This will create a stock group named Samsung. If you need to create multiple groups for different stocks, you can create more than one stock group with different names in the same way.

नोट – किसी ग्रुप के सब-ग्रुप (Sub-group) भी बना सकते हैं। सब-ग्रुप वह होता है जो किसी प्राइमरी ग्रुप का सदस्य होता है। जैसे Samsung ग्रुप के नीचे Television नाम से सब-ग्रुप बनाना है तो निम्न प्रकार से बनाएं।

Note – You can also create subgroups within a group. A subgroup is a group that is a member of a primary group. For example, to create a subgroup named “Television” under the “Samsung” group, create it as follows.

ऊपर बताए मेथड के अनुसार Television नाम से नया ग्रुप क्रीऐट किया गया है, और Samsung के नीचे (under) रखा गया है। इसका मतलब यह है कि Samsung प्राइमरी ग्रुप है, और Television प्राइमरी ग्रुप Samsung का सदस्य (सब-ग्रुप) है। अगर सब-ग्रुप बनाने है तो पहले प्राइमरी ग्रुप क्रीऐट कर लेना चाहिए।

According to the method described above, a new group named “Television” has been created and placed under “Samsung.” This means that Samsung is the primary group, and Television is a subgroup (member) of the primary group Samsung. If you want to create subgroups, you should create the primary group first.

सब-ग्रुप का कॉन्सेप्ट यह है, जब बड़ी तादाद मे स्टॉक मैनेजमेंट होता है और स्टॉक आइटम की बहुत सी वराइटी होती है, ऐसे मे सब-ग्रुप कान्सेप्ट स्टॉक आइटम्स को ग्रुप के अंदर भी सब-ग्रुप मे डिस्ट्रिब्यूट कर देता है। जिससे स्टॉक को देखने मे सहूलियत होती है।

The concept of subgroups is used when managing a large number of stock items with many variations. The subgroup concept allows for the distribution of stock items into subgroups within larger groups, making it easier to view and manage the inventory.
