उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने पर स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाने के लिए एक विंडो ओपन होगी जिसमे निम्न स्टॉक ग्रुप बनाए-

खरीदे गए माल के लिए सभी Inventory Masters बना लेने के बाद Purchase Sales Voucher Entry बनाने के लिए लेजर्स क्रीऐट करने होंगे, यह लेजर्स निम्न प्रकार हैं।
After creating all the Inventory Masters for the purchased goods, ledgers need to be created to make Purchase Sales Voucher Entries. These ledgers are as follows:
