1. अकाउंटिंग वाउचर्स || Accounting Vouchers

टैली मे कई प्रकार के अकाउंटिंग वाउचर्स होते हैं, ये सभी निम्न प्रकार हैं-
Tally has several types of accounting vouchers, which are as follows:

• Contra Voucher (F4) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल बैंक से संबंधित एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है। जैसे- बैंक में अमाउन्ट जमा करना, बैंक से अमाउन्ट निकालना या एक बैंक से दूसरी बैंक में अमाउन्ट ट्रान्सफर करना।      

This voucher is used to record bank-related transactions, such as depositing money into a bank account, withdrawing money from a bank account, or transferring money from one bank account to another.

• Payment Voucher (F5) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल कैश व बैंक से नगद में किए गए पेमेंट से संबंधित एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है। जैसे – नगद संपत्ति खरीदी, खर्चों का पेमेंट किया, पार्टी को पेमेंट किया आदि।     

This voucher is used to record entries related to cash payments made through cash or bank accounts. Examples include purchasing assets with cash, paying expenses, making payments to parties, etc.

• Receipt Voucher (F6) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल कैश व बैंक से संबंधित नगद में की गई प्राप्तियों से संबंधित एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है। जैसे- पार्टी से पेमेंट प्राप्त करना, Cash प्राप्त करना, Income प्राप्त करना आदि। 

This voucher is used to record entries related to cash receipts from cash and bank transactions. Examples include receiving payment from a party, receiving cash, receiving income, etc.

• Journal Voucher (F7) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल सभी प्रकार की अजस्टबल एंट्रीस (Adjustable Entries) को दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है, जो एंट्रीस किसी अन्य वाउचर में फिट नहीं होती। जैसे- ह्रास (Depreciation) की एंट्री, माल के नुकसान की एंट्री आदि।

This voucher is used to record all types of adjustable entries that do not fit into any other voucher. Examples include entries for depreciation, loss of goods, etc.

• Sales Voucher (F8) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल माल या सर्विस की बिक्री के लिए किया जाता है।            This voucher is used for the sale of goods or services.
• Purchase Voucher (F9) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल माल या सर्विस की खरीददारी के लिए किया जाता है।  This voucher can be used to purchase goods or services.
• Credit Note Voucher (Alt+F6) – इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल बिका माल वापसी (Seles Return) की एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है।

This voucher is used to record sales return entries.

• Debit Note Voucher (Alt+F5) –इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल खरीदा माल वापसी (Purchase Return) की एंट्री दर्ज करने के लिए किया जाता है।   

This voucher is used to record purchase return entries.
