Activate Interest Calculation in Party Ledger
(ब्याज गणना को पार्टी के लेजर मे लागू करना)

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Ledger

• Name : Sharma Enterprises
• Under Group : Sundry Debtor

पार्टी के लेजर पर ब्याज गणना लागू करने के लिए पार्टी का लेजर बनाते समय ही लेजर क्रिएशन स्क्रीन मे Activate Interest Calculation>Yes सेट करे। ऐसा करने पर Interest Parameter सब-विंडो प्रदर्शित होगी जिसे निम्न तरह सेटअप करें।

To apply interest calculation to a party’s ledger, set “Activate Interest Calculation” to “Yes” on the ledger creation screen while creating the party’s ledger. Doing so will display the Interest Parameter sub-window, which should be set up as follows.

नोट – ब्याज की गणना अड्वान्स स्तर पर सेटअप करने के लिए Interest Parameter स्क्रीन से F12 कुंजी दबाकर Provide Advance Information in Master ऑप्शन को Yes सेट करे।

Note – To set up interest calculation at the advanced level, press the F12 key on the Interest Parameter screen and set the “Provide Advance Information in Master” option to Yes.

उपरोक्त Interest Parameter सेटअप का विवरण –

Calculate Interest Transaction by transaction : 
ब्याज की गणना प्रत्येक सौदे के आधार पर करने के लिए इसे yes सेट करे।

Set this to “yes” to calculate interest on a per-transaction basis.

Override Parameter for each Transaction : वाउचर एंट्री के समय ब्याज की दर मे परिवर्तन करना चाहते है तो इस ऑप्शन को Yes सेट करे।    
If you want to change the interest rate at the time of voucher entry, set this option to Yes.

Override Advance Parameter : वाउचर एंट्री के समय एडवांस पैरामीटर का प्रयोग करने के लिए Yes सेट करे। इसे Yes सेट करने से टाइम के आधार पर एक से अधिक ब्याज रेट लागू कर सकते हैं।

Set the “Use Advanced Parameters” option to Yes when entering vouchers. Setting this to Yes allows you to apply multiple interest rates based on time.
