नये वाउचर बनाना || Creating New Tally Prime Vouchers

Tally Prime मे उपयोगकर्ता स्वयं का वाउचर भी बना सकते है। जिससे वे अपने अनुसार वाउचर बनाकर एंट्री कर सकते हैं। Tally Prime Vouchers के अंतर्गत मे नया वाउचर (New Voucher) निम्न तरह बना सकते हैं।  

In Tally Prime, users can create their own vouchers. This allows them to create and enter transactions using customized vouchers. A new voucher can be created under Tally Prime Vouchers in the following way:

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Vouchers Type

Voucher Type Creation

Voucher Name: Local Sales

Select type of voucher: Sales

• Abbreviation : Sales
• Activate this voucher type : Yes
• Method of voucher numbering : Automatic
• Use advanced configuration : No
• Use Effective dates for Vouchers : No
• Allow zero-values transaction : No
• Make this voucher type as ‘Optional’ by default : No
• Allow narration in Voucher : Yes
• Provide narration in each ledger in voucher : No
• Enable default accounting allocations : No
• Print voucher after saving : No
• Use for POS invoicing : No
• Default title to print : Sales Invoice
• Set/Alter Declaration : No

नया वाउचर बनाते वक्त कई ऑप्शन आते है जिनको हम अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार सेट कर सकते है, यह ऑप्शन अलग-अलग वाउचर्स के आधार पर डिफरेंट होते है। अगर आपको सभी ऑप्शन्स की जानकारी नहीं है तो अधिकतर केस (Case) मे इन्हे डिफ़ॉल्ट सेट ही रहने दें, क्योंकि जो भी जरूरी ऑप्शन होते है वह पहले से सेट होते हैं। आगे की पोस्ट मे इन सभी विकल्पों के बारें मे डीटेल मे चर्चा करेंगे। सभी विकल्प भर लेने के पश्चात वाउचर स्क्रीन एक्सेप्ट कर लेन। इस तरह से नया वाउचर क्रीऐट हो जाएगा।

When creating a new voucher, several options appear that you can set according to your needs. These options vary depending on the type of voucher. If you are unfamiliar with all the options, it’s best to leave them at their default settings in most cases, as the necessary options are usually pre-configured. We will discuss all these options in detail in a later post. After filling in all the options, accept the voucher screen. This will create the new voucher.
