5. Sales Voucher (F8)

सेल्स वाउचर एक Accounting Voucher है, इस वाउचर का इस्तेमाल माल की बिक्री करने के लिए किया जाता है।

नोट – Sales Voucher डिफ़ॉल्ट रूप से Item Invoice Mode मे सेट रहता है, इसे Voucher Mode या Accounting Invoice Mode मे सेट करने के लिए Ctrl + H प्रेस करें। Voucher Mode मे इन्वाइस जेनरैट नहीं होती है, Item Invoice तथा Account Invoice Mode मे इन्वाइस भी प्रिन्ट की जा सकती हैं। Item Invoice को जब Inventory Sales करते है तब सेट करेंगे।

A Sales Voucher is an accounting voucher used to record the sale of goods.

Note – The Sales Voucher is set to Item Invoice Mode by default. To switch to Voucher Mode or Accounting Invoice Mode, press Ctrl + H. In Voucher Mode, invoices are not generated. Invoices can be printed in both Item Invoice and Account Invoice Modes. Item Invoice mode should be used when recording inventory sales.

Ex.1 – मोहन को 35000 रु का माल बेचा।

Goods worth ₹35,000 were sold to Mohan.

Required Ledgers – Mohan > Sundry Debtor, Sales A/c > Sales Account

Voucher Mode (Ctrl+H) – As Voucher

एंट्री बनाने के लिए पहले ऊपर बताए जरूरी लेजर बनाएं और फिर गेटवे ऑफ टैली (Gateway of Tally) से Vouchers मे जाएं और कीबोर्ड से F8 बटन प्रेस करें। इससे Sales Voucher खुलेगा, फिर Ctrl+H प्रेस करें और As Voucher चुने। इसके बाद निम्न प्रकार से एंट्री करें।

To create the entry, first create the necessary ledgers as described above, then go to Vouchers from the Gateway of Tally and press the F8 key on your keyboard. This will open the Sales Voucher. Then press Ctrl+H and select “As Voucher”. After that, enter the details as follows.

Narration: Being goods sold for credit

Ex.2 – नगद माल बेचा कीमत 19000 रु।
Goods were sold for cash at a price of ₹19,000.

Required Ledgers – Sales A/c > Sales A/c

Voucher Mode (Ctrl+H) – As Voucher

Narration: Sold goods by cash
