इन्वेन्ट्री मास्टर्स को अपडेट/डिलीट करना || Stock Group and Stock Item, unit Alteration/Deletion

कई बार ऐसा होता है हम जो भी Stock Group and Stock Item, Units या Stock Category बनाते है उन्हे अपडेट या डिलीट करना पड़ता है, किसी भी इनवेंटरी मास्टर को निम्न प्रकार से अपडेट या डिलीट कर सकते हैं।

Sometimes, we need to update or delete the Stock Groups, Stock Items, Units, or Stock Categories that we create. Any inventory master can be updated or deleted in the following way.

Stock Group Update/Delete

स्टॉक ग्रुप को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करें।

To update or delete a stock group, follow the path below.   

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alter>Stock Group

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने के बाद जिस ग्रुप को अपडेट/डिलीट करना है वह स्टॉक ग्रुप चुने, और निम्न स्टेप फॉलो करे –

After navigating to the path mentioned above, select the stock group you want to update/delete, and then follow these steps:

• Update : जानकारी बदलकर एक्सेप्ट करें।  Change the information and accept.
• Delete : Alt+D दबाएं और Yes करें।  Press Alt+D and then select Yes.

Stock Category Update/Delete

स्टॉक कैटेगरी को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करें।  

To update or delete a stock category, follow the path below. 

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alter>Stock Category

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने के बाद जिस कैटेगरी को अपडेट/डिलीट करना है वह स्टॉक कैटेगरी चुने, और निम्न स्टेप फॉलो करे –

After navigating to the path mentioned above, select the stock category you want to update/delete, and then follow these steps:

• Update : जानकारी बदलकर एक्सेप्ट करें।   Change the information and accept.
• Delete : Alt+D दबाएं और Yes करें।  Press Alt+D and then select Yes.

Stock Unit Update/Delete

स्टॉक यूनिट को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करें।  

To update or delete a stock unit, follow the path below. 

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alter>Unit

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने के बाद जिस यूनिट को अपडेट/डिलीट करना है वह यूनिट चुने, और निम्न स्टेप फॉलो करे –

After navigating to the path mentioned above, select the unit you want to update/delete, and then follow these steps:

• Update : जानकारी बदलकर एक्सेप्ट करें।   Change the information and accept.
• Delete : Alt+D दबाएं और Yes करें।  Press Alt+D and then select Yes.

Stock Item Update/Delete

स्टॉक आइटम को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करें।  

To update or delete a stock item, follow the path below. 

Path : Gateway of Tally>Alter>Stock Item

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने के बाद जिस स्टॉक आइटम को अपडेट/डिलीट करना है वह स्टॉक आइटम चुने, और निम्न स्टेप फॉलो करे –

After navigating to the path mentioned above, select the stock item you want to update/delete, and then follow these steps:

• Update : जानकारी बदलकर एक्सेप्ट करें।   Change the information and accept.
• Delete : Alt+D दबाएं और Yes करें।            Press Alt+D and then select Yes.

नोट – अगर Stock Group and Stock Item, Category, Unit किसी भी इनवेंटरी मास्टर का उपयोग एंट्री किया जा चुका है, तो ऐसी स्तिथि मे वह डिलीट नहीं होगा, इसके लिए पहले उससे संबंधित एंट्री मिटानी होगी।

Note – If a Stock Group, Stock Item, Category, or Unit has already been used in any inventory entry, it cannot be deleted.  You must first delete the related entries before attempting to delete the master record.
