स्टॉक आइटम || Stock Item

Stock Item एक Inventory Master है, स्टॉक आइटम माल (Goods) होता है, जिसे खरीदा-बेचा जाता है। Stock Item के द्वरा विभिन्न स्टॉक की लिस्ट क्रीऐट कर सकते है।  

A Stock Item is an Inventory Master; it represents the goods that are bought and sold. You can create a list of various stock items using the Stock Item feature.

स्टॉक आइटम बनाना || Create Stock Item

नया स्टॉक आइटम (Stock Item) बनाने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करेंगे।   

To create a new stock item, follow the path given below.

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Stock Item>Enter

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने पर स्टॉक आइटम बनाने के लिए एक विंडो ओपन होगी जिसमे निम्न प्रकार से जानकारी दर्ज करें-

Following the path mentioned above will open a window for creating a stock item, where you need to enter the information as follows:

Stock Item Creation

• Name : Samsung Smart tv 32 inch
• Under : Samsung
• Units : Pcs
• Opening Balance : इसे ब्लैंक छोड़े। यदि कंपनी के पास किसी स्टॉक का ओपनिंग बैलेंस है, तब इसमे वह मात्रा दर्ज करेंगे।
  Leave this blank. If the company has an opening balance for any stock, then enter that quantity here.
• Accept Screen

उपरोक्त Stock Item Creation मे दर्ज जानकारी का विवरण निम्न प्रकार है।
The details of the information entered in the above Stock Item Creation are as follows:

• Name : इसमे Stock Item का नाम लिखें।   Enter the name of the stock item here.
• Under : Stock Item को जिस ग्रुप मे रखना है वह ग्रुप सिलेक्ट करें। Select the group in which you want to place the stock item.
• Unit : इसमे Stock Item का यूनिट सिलेक्ट करें।   Select the unit of the stock item here.
• Opening Balance : यदि कंपनी के पास किसी स्टॉक का ओपनिंग बैलेंस है, तब इसमे वह मात्रा दर्ज करेंगे।        If the company has an opening balance for a particular stock, they will enter that quantity here.

इस तरह से Samsung Smart tv 32 inch नाम से स्टॉक आइटम क्रीऐट हो जाएगा। इसी प्रकार अलग-अलग स्टॉक के लिए अलग-अलग नाम से एक से अधिक स्टॉक आइटम बना सकते हैं।  
         This will create a stock item named “Samsung Smart TV 32 inch”. Similarly, you can create multiple stock items with different names for different products.
