स्टॉक यूनिट || Stock Unit

यूनिट एक Inventory Master है, Unit का उपयोग किसी Stock Item की मात्रा (Quantity) निर्धारित करने के लिए किया जाता है, जैसे- Pcs, Nos, Pkt, Dzn, Kg इत्यादि। अगर कोई ऐसा प्रोडक्ट (जैसे- टीवी, मोबाईल) जिसे गिनकर खरीदा/बेचा जाए; तो उसके लिए Pcs नाम से यूनिट क्रीऐट करेंगे।

A Unit is an Inventory Master. Units are used to define the quantity of a stock item, such as Pcs, Nos, Pkt, Dzn, Kg, etc. If a product (like a TV or mobile phone) is bought or sold by counting individual units, then a unit named “Pcs” (pieces) would be created for it.

यूनिट बनाना || Create Unit

नया यूनिट (Unit) बनाने के लिए निम्न Path को फॉलो करेंगे।   

To create a new unit, follow the path below.

Path : Gateway of Tally>Create>Unit>Enter

उपरोक्त बताए पाथ के अनुसार जाने पर स्टॉक यूनिट बनाने के लिए एक विंडो ओपन होगी जिसमे निम्न प्रकार से जानकारी दर्ज करें-

Following the path mentioned above will open a window for creating a stock unit, where you should enter the information as follows:

Unit Creation

• Type : Symple
• Symbol : Pcs
• Formal name : Pieces
• No of decimal places : 0
• Accept Screen

इस तरह से Pcs नाम से स्टॉक यूनिट क्रीऐट हो जाएगा। जिसका इस्तेमाल गिनकर बेची जाने वाली वस्तुओं के लिए किया जा सकता है। इसी प्रकार अन्य यूनिट भी क्रीऐट किए जा सकते हैं। उपरोक्त Unit Creation मे दर्ज जानकारी का विवरण निम्न प्रकार है।

In this way, a stock unit named “Pcs” will be created. This can be used for items that are sold by count. Other units can be created in a similar manner. The details of the information entered in the above Unit Creation process are as follows:

• Type : इसमे Unit का टाइप Simple सिलेक्ट करेंगे, यह डिफ़ॉल्ट है।
  In this, we will select the Unit type as Simple, which is the default option.
• Name : इसमे Unit का शॉर्ट कोड लिखें, जैसे – Pcs, Mtr, Ltr, Pkt, Nos, Etc.
  Enter the short code for the unit here, such as – Pcs, Mtr, Ltr, Pkt, Nos, Etc.
• Formal Name : इसमे Unit का पूरा नाम दर्ज करें, जैसे – Pieces
  Enter the full name of the unit here, such as – Pieces.

No of decimal places : गिनने वाली वस्तुओं के लिए 0 सेट करें, नाप-तौल वाली वस्तुओं के लिए 2 सेट करें।
Set it to 0 for items that are counted, and set it to 2 for items that are measured.
