वाउचर्स को अपडेट या डिलीट करना || Voucher Type Update/Delete

Path: Gateway of Tally>Alter>Voucher Type

Tally Prime मे वाउचर को अपडेट या डिलीट करने के लिए ऊपर दिए गए पाथ के अनुसार वाउचर ओपन करें, अब अगर वाउचर को अपडेट करना है तो वाउचर डिटेल्स को चेंज करके Accept कर लें। इस तरह वाउचर अपडेट हो जाएगा।

अगर वाउचर को डिलीट करना है तो वाउचर को ओपन करे तथा Alt + D प्रेस करे तथा कान्फर्मैशन के लिए Yes करें, इस तरह वाउचर डिलीट हो जाएगा।

ध्यान रहे, जिस वाउचर को डिलीट कर रहे है उस वाउचर का उपयोग मे किसी एंट्री मे नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो वाउचर डिलीट नहीं होगा। इसके लिए पहले एंट्री डिलीट करनी होगी।

Note : Tally Prime मे स्वयं से बनाए गए वाउचर को ही डिलीट या अपडेट कर सकते हैं।

To update or delete a voucher in Tally Prime, open the voucher using the path mentioned above. Now, if you want to update the voucher, change the voucher details and accept the changes. The voucher will be updated.

If you want to delete the voucher, open the voucher, press Alt + D, and confirm by selecting yes. The voucher will be deleted.

Please note that the voucher you are trying to delete should not be used in any entry; otherwise, the voucher will not be deleted. In that case, you will have to delete the entry first.

Note: In Tally Prime, you can only delete or update vouchers that you have created yourself.
