What is Budget || बजट क्या होता है?

टैली प्राइम में बजट (Budget) का मतलब एक वित्तीय योजना है, जो भविष्य के लिए अनुमानित आय और खर्चों (जैसे बिक्री, खरीद, या खर्च) को निर्धारित करती है, ताकि आप वास्तविक प्रदर्शन की तुलना इससे कर सकें और खर्चों पर नियंत्रण (control) रख सकें और लाभ (profit) बढ़ा सकें; इसे ‘बजट विचलन रिपोर्ट’ (Budget Variance Report) के जरिए देखा जाता है। 

In Tally Prime, a budget refers to a financial plan that sets out estimated income and expenses (such as sales, purchases, or other expenditures) for the future, allowing you to compare actual performance against it, control expenses, and increase profits; this is viewed through the ‘Budget Variance Report’.

उदाहरण के लिए किसी कंपनी मे चाय खर्च के लिए हर महीने भुगतान होता है, लेकिन चाय खर्च का कोई निर्धारित बजट नहीं है तो ऐसे मे कर्मचारी कितनी भी चाय पी जा सकते है। इसलिए कंपनियां विभिन्न प्रकार के खर्चों के लिए बजट निर्धारित करती हैं ताकि जो भी खर्चे हो वे बजट के भीतर ही खर्च किए जाएं। अगर किसी खर्च के लिए बजट बना लिया जाता है तो उसे समय-समय पर ट्रैक किया जा सकता है, जिससे खर्चे कंट्रोल करके किए जा सकते हैं।

For example, a company might pay for tea expenses every month, but if there’s no set budget for tea, employees could potentially consume an unlimited amount. Therefore, companies set budgets for various types of expenses to ensure that all expenditures stay within the allocated limits. Once a budget is established for a particular expense, it can be tracked regularly, allowing for better control over spending.

Tally Prime हमे आवश्यकता के अनुसार Ledger, Group और Cost Center के लिए बजट बनाने की सुविधा प्रदान करता है। अलग-अलग उद्देश्यों के लिए Tally Prime में एक से अधिक Budget बनाये जा सकते हैं, या किसी Primary Budget के नीचे कई Sub Budget भी तैयार कर सकते हैं। हम बजटीय आंकड़ों की वास्तविक आंकड़ों से तुलना कर सकते हैं तथा बजट वैरियन्स रिपोर्ट भी तैयार कर सकते हैं।

Tally Prime allows us to create budgets for Ledgers, Groups, and Cost Centers as needed. Multiple budgets can be created in Tally Prime for different purposes, or several sub-budgets can be created under a primary budget. We can compare budgeted figures with actual figures and generate budget variance reports.
